Job Title

Senior Cost Analyst Manager oversees various activities related to product or service cost and conducting cost-benefit or profitability studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plans and organizes year-long activities for establishing product or service cost and conducting cost-benefit or profitability studies.
  • Assigns product costing and cost-benefit or profitability analysis projects to senior analysts, determining direction and thrust based on priority level.
  • Conducts independent product costing and/or profitability study.
  • Evaluates costing or profitability analysis made by product managers or other business units.
  • Leads development, implementation, and improvements in bank-wide Risk Adjusted Profitability Measurement (RAPM) report, including Cost Allocation and Revenue Sharing exercise.
  • Facilitates opening and tallying of sealed bids.
  • Coordinates with Policy Review and Development Section and other concerned units for updates and recommendations on changes in policies and procedures.
  • Conducts regular meetings with analysts to discuss assignment status and work-related matters.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent.
  • Certified Public Accountant is desirable.
  • Clear understanding of Bank's business lines, organizational structure, processes, and products/services.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience, project management, banking, and management accounting exposure.
