Job Overview

  • Establish and oversee a comprehensive framework for product or service costing and profitability analysis.
  • Assign projects to team members and provide strategic direction based on priority levels.
  • Conduct independent product costing and profitability studies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Evaluate costing and profitability analyses performed by product managers or other business units.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain bank-wide reports for resource allocation planning, cost allocation, and revenue sharing.
  • Lead the opening and tallying of sealed bids in a transparent and impartial manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update policies and procedures related to bidding, cost management, and revenue sharing.
  • Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss project status and address work-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and protect confidential information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the bank's business operations, organizational structure, and products.
  • At least three years of supervisory experience in project management, banking, and management accounting.
  • Proficiency in cost allocation, product/service costing, and financial analysis.
