Position Overview:

We are looking for results-driven Product Manager responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of a pharmaceutical product portfolio. This role involves product development, strategic marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sales performance, market growth, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the product champion for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective marketing plans to support sales and brand growth.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with the training team to create product knowledge materials and assist in conducting internal training sessions.
  • Regularly engage with sales teams to provide updates, insights, and tools to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical experts in relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Manage rolling forecasts and contribute to strategic sales and marketing projects as assigned.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and execute additional tasks aligned with business goals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledgeable in market research and data interpretation
  • Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working independently
  • Willingness to travel for fieldwork and market visits across the Philippines.
