A senior role is available for a highly skilled professional to manage Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts.
About the JobAs an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end account management, including customer service. Your daily tasks will include conducting product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance, responding to customer inquiries with clear communication, handling product replacements, refunds, and negative feedback, analyzing negative reviews at the ASIN level, monitoring seller performance metrics, and resolving stranded inventory issues.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA and Seller Central accounts at a high level, a deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, detail-oriented skills, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and result-driven.

- Deep knowledge of Amazon policies and performance metrics
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis)
