Overview:
This role entails managing end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management. This involves creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings as well as managing shipments from creation to successful delivery.
The ideal candidate will conduct daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance, respond to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication, handle refunds, replacements, and resolve negative feedback.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account management, creating and maintaining product listings, managing shipments, conducting daily listing checks, responding to customer inquiries, handling refunds and replacements, analyzing negative reviews, monitoring account health and performance metrics, and resolving stranded inventory issues.
Required Skills:
- Experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions & data analysis)
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven
