Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  2. Manage and resolve account-related issues, working proactively to prevent escalations.

  4. Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs, including logistics, inventory, and general operations.
  5. Handle day-to-day account administration, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  6. Provide periodic reports and insights to clients on account performance and potential improvements.
  7. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
