Job Title: Amazon Brand Leadership Position
Job Description:We are seeking a strategic, reliable, and client-focused professional to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. As the trusted point of contact, you will track progress, lead communication, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.) and 2+ years of experience in client/account management (agency preferred). A clear communicator and proactive problem-solver with fluency in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, or eagerness to learn is required.
- Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones
- Own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery
- Coordinate internal teams to keep progress on track
- Resolve client issues through ongoing audits
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed for onboarding/offboarding
A successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central
- 2+ years of experience in client/account management
- Fluency in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, or eagerness to learn
