Job Description:

As a key member of our high-impact HR automation team, you will be responsible for delivering complex and scalable automation solutions that drive exceptional employee experiences. Our team works closely with HR teams to understand their challenges and deliver smart solutions that make a real difference.

As an Automation Developer, you will design, build, test, and refine automations using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio). You will take ownership of projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to ensure each solution delivers maximum impact.

Our ideal candidate is a skilled technologist with a passion for automation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. If you have a strong understanding of UiPath and/or Power Platform, excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, and a ability to mentor junior colleagues, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform
  • Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring
