Job Summary

We are seeking an Automation Specialist to design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using standard automation tools and frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, minimum 2 years of experience in QA automation or a similar role, strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript, willingness to learn and work with test automation tools, familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools, excellent problem-solving analytical communication and collaboration skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development testing and maintenance of software applications.
  • Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using standard automation tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Investigate and debug test failures providing detailed reports and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QA automation or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Java and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • eCommerce retail experience is a plus.
  • Experience in performance testing and security testing is a plus.
