Legal Professional

The Legal Professional will be part of a global team providing comprehensive support to multinational corporations in various jurisdictions worldwide.

Key responsibilities include assisting senior lawyers in delivering corporate legal services to international clients, preparing legal documents for all stages of the company lifecycle, and coordinating with business partners, clients, and colleagues globally.

  • A degree in Law or at least 2-3 years of law study experience is required.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Flexible, proactive, and attentive to details team players with excellent communication skills are preferred.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Assist senior lawyers in the provision of corporate legal services to international clients.
  2. Prepare legal documents for all stages of the company lifecycle, including incorporation, operation, and dissolution.
  3. Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
  4. Coordinate with business partners, clients, and colleagues globally to gather information and/or documentation required to carry out assignments.
