Responsibilities
  • Assist senior lawyers in providing corporate legal services to foreign-based clients
  • Prepare legal documents for all company lifecycle stages, from incorporation to dissolution, adhering to local laws and deadlines
  • Perform and monitor statutory filings with local authorities
  • Coordinate with partners, clients, and colleagues globally to gather necessary information and documentation
Qualifications
  • Law degree or equivalent
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Flexible team player with excellent communication skills
