Job Opportunity

This role involves investigating e-commerce risks and ensuring the security of online transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The selected individual will be responsible for reviewing complex transactions, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action as necessary. This may involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to resolve disputes and ensure a positive customer experience.

About the Role

This is a 12-month contract position that requires the candidate to commit to working onsite for 2 months followed by a work-from-home arrangement. The successful applicant will need to be based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal during their employment period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze complex transactions to identify potential risks and security threats.
  • Investigate and resolve disputes related to e-commerce transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on transaction activity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant work experience an asset.
  • Dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection (200 Mbps+ speed).
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in investigations, payments, or security fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
