Job Role

The role requires candidates to commit to the following:

  • This is a 12-month short-term contract.
  • Candidates will undergo onsite training followed by work-from-home arrangement after requirements are met.
  • Candidates must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal during employment.
  • Employees will work a 5-day week, including weekends and holidays, with a flexible schedule.
  • The standard working hours are 9 hours a day, inclusive of lunch breaks.
  • Operations are 24/7, requiring possible night shifts, rotating shifts, and shifts that may include weekends and holidays.
  • Internet connectivity must meet specific requirements, including a minimum speed of 200 Mbps and at least 100 GB of data from a reliable provider.

We seek dedicated individuals with a proven track record of performance and results-oriented thinking to join our operations team. Candidates will perform a wide range of duties related to investigation and elimination of online e-commerce risk.

Main Responsibilities

The job relies on excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals, working under limited supervision. Strong individual problem-solving and analytical skills are required for authenticating customers and complex transactions.

Decisions are made independently with little guidance, requiring a high degree of accuracy.

Team members will engage proactively with colleagues, department management, and third-party vendors to achieve goals.

Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated along with overall contribution to department development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a high school diploma with 3 years of work experience, preferably in investigation or customer support.
  • Fresh graduates and career freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates must have a dedicated workspace at home with no background noise and reliable internet access.
  • Postpaid fiber internet with a minimum speed of 200 Mbps and at least 100 GB of data per month is required.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to compose clear, concise, and accurate written responses.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication of complex transactional issues to both internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems logically.
  • Self-discipline, diligence, proactivity, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary.
