Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Client Service Officer/Paraplanner to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional client service, preparing compliance-related documents, and supporting financial advisers with paraplanning tasks.
Job Responsibilities- Deliver seamless client experiences by managing end-to-end client service processes.
- Prepare accurate Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs), and compliance-related documents.
- Assist financial advisers with paraplanning tasks to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems for efficient management.
- Coordinate with product providers and clients for applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements.
- Ensure adherence to Australian financial services regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture.
