Customer Service Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our frontline services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient service delivery of basic tellering functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to clients, greeting them with a smile and warm disposition.
  • Execute regular and assigned functions in adherence to existing rules and regulations, ensuring timely and competent service delivery.
  • Verify the true and valid identity of clients transacting at the counter, exercising special caution when dealing with withdrawals, encashing checks, and transactions by representatives.
  • Maintain cash management, making requisitions based on anticipated requirements and transferring cash to the vault at the end of the day or as soon as there is excess cash over the counter.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Marketing.
  • Fresh graduate or entry-level professional specializing in banking, financial services, or a related field.
