Responsibilities:

The Sales Team Coordinator at CXP MFG will act as a liaison between assigned departments and sections, facilitating communication and collaboration.

The coordinator will be responsible for administering sales team documentation, processing requests, and updating sales targets, actual sales, and collections in the Incentive database.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Consolidating and validating sales targets versus actual sales as the basis for incentive computation.
  2. Coordinating with Finance and Credit and Collection teams to ensure accurate updates and status of actual sales and collections.
  3. Creating and updating databases of clients and customer details.
  4. Sending reminders to employees and clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  5. Facilitating reports on clients' accounts.
  6. Entertaining product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and escalating them to the corresponding department.
  7. Serving customers by providing product and service information and acting as the frontline for product and service problems.
  8. Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  9. Coordinating with warehouse personnel and tracking the whereabouts of delivery trucks.
