CXP MFG. is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Liaison and Sales Coordinator.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between assigned departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include administering sales team documentation, facilitating requests, and updating sales targets and collections in the Incentive database.

A crucial aspect of your role will be to validate sales targets versus actuals for incentive computation purposes. You will work closely with the Finance and Credit teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you will maintain databases of clients and customer details, sending timely reminders via various channels. Your expertise in report updates and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively address client inquiries and resolve product or service issues.

As the frontline representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are well-informed about products and services. Your ability to attract potential customers by offering valuable information and suggestions will be invaluable. Furthermore, you will coordinate with warehouse personnel, tracking truck locations and informing customers of estimated times of arrival (ETAs).
