Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to provide top-notch service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong customer relationships, resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the growth and development of the organization.

  • Cultivating Strong Customer Relationships: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, using knowledge of products and basic internet tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage time effectively and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with Support team members through proper channels to respond to customer questions and concerns, and represent the organization with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Personal and Professional Growth: Learn and grow technical skills, develop problem-solving abilities, and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to provide seamless support experiences for our customers. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow your technical skills, develop your problem-solving abilities, and build strong relationships with your colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, using knowledge of products and basic internet tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and proactively with customers and teammates to share updates, manage expectations, and ask questions early.
  • Information Management: Record, track, and update customer requests through resolution, helping maintain and improve our knowledge base by updating and creating helpful articles.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with Support team members through proper channels to respond to customer questions and concerns, and represent the organization with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical people.
  • Positive Attitude: Focus on providing great customer service and being adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Good analytical thinking and ability to manage time well.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to learn and grow your business and technical skills.
