A key role for our organization is to oversee the development, delivery, and performance of non-network managed services leveraging a diverse vendor portfolio.

About The Role
  • This position will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and vendors to ensure alignment with customer needs and company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build strategic relationships with vendors (e.g., Fortinet, AWS, Azure) and distributors (e.g., Ingram Micro, Arrow)
  • Own the full product lifecycle for managed services across SD-WAN, SASE, networking, UCaaS, cloud, IoT, and hardware
  • Design and integrate scalable services by collaborating with teams to create frameworks and monitoring strategies
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement on pricing models and cost optimization
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by analyzing feedback and improving reliability and security standards
  • Oversee risk management and compliance while ensuring adherence to audit standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market strategies and enablement programs
Requirements For Success
  • Strong experience managing vendor and distributor relationships
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and pricing
  • Background in product lifecycle management across networking, cloud, and IoT solutions
  • Skills in service design and operational integration
  • Financial acumen in pricing models and budgeting
  • Customer-first mindset with experience improving service quality
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and vendor security assessments
