Job Posting

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in BPO Recruitment, specifically in sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level guidance on sourcing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment operations teams and counterparts.
  • Lead full-site and mid-shift onboarding processes for new agents.
  • Ensure seamless hiring experiences for various agent profiles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including proficiency in PivotTables, Index & Match, and LOOKUP functions.
  • Clear understanding of daily recruitment performance metrics.
  • Experience working with diverse recruitment teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
