Advanced Training Initiatives

Our organization seeks an accomplished training leader to develop and execute comprehensive training programs. This role involves leading the development of advanced training initiatives, managing complex training logistics, and mentoring a team of training professionals.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in training development and leadership, extensive experience in training across various channels, including voice, as well as a deep understanding of instructional design, training management, and program evaluation.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create effective training content.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of training effectiveness using various assessment methods.
  • Oversee all aspects of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Provide detailed feedback to enhance learner performance.
