Remote Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled accounting specialist to join our team as a remote working professional. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all supplier invoices efficiently using QuickBooks software.
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow forecasts and ensure timely posting of all accounting transactions.
  • Generate client invoices promptly upon order completion.
  • Conduct regular collection follow-ups and issue past-due notices and statements.
  • Manage royalty entries and submissions accurately.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and perform general clerical support.
  • Resolve accounting issues promptly and complete ad hoc finance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years of accounting experience in a professional setting.
  • Possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Be proficient in QuickBooks software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Be comfortable learning and utilizing new accounting systems and platforms.
