Accounts Payable Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable specialist to fulfill key finance department responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Review, verification and payment processing for invoices.
  • Vendor Management: Maintaining relationships with suppliers, resolving payment discrepancies and handling vendor inquiries.
  • Expense Reconciliation: Reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receipts for accuracy.
  • Payment Coordination: Initiating and coordinating payments to vendors using checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, databases and accounting software.
Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail is required for this position, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with accounting software.
