About the RoleYou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. As an HR consulting professional, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering HR engagements, contributing to the development of the People and Organization practice, and driving change management initiatives.
Responsibilities- Supporting the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, developing proposals, and delivering presentations.
- Helping deliver human resources consulting engagements in areas such as HR transformation, process re-engineering, operating models, talent management, organization design, etc.
- Supporting change management initiatives, including migration projects.
- Developing and delivering communications and training programs to support change initiatives.
- Supporting thought leadership and research activities as appropriate.
- Contributing to the overall development and growth of the People and Organization practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of work experience as an HR Analyst, HR Business Partner, or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of training development, project management, and HR transformation projects.
- Experience with finance, systems, and tools, including SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Preferably have experience in supervisory and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with HR transformation and process re-engineering.
- Understanding of HR operating models and service delivery.
- Knowledge of talent management and organization design.
- Proficiency in using SAP and other relevant systems and tools.
- Experience with change management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective communications and training programs.
- Ability to support thought leadership and research activities.
