Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to identify top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Create and implement effective recruitment plans to attract high-quality and diverse candidates, promoting inclusivity within the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, networking, job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to identify and attract potential candidates and build talent pools.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, delivering a positive candidate experience and promoting the company as an employer of choice.
- Promote the organization's employer brand through various channels and participate in employer branding initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to ensure a strong talent acquisition network.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Use recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior members of the talent acquisition team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires, preferably in sales (GTM) roles.
- Experience in recruiting for Fintech and/or IT industry.
- Proven ability to manage international recruitment campaigns across diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes.
- Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse will be a plus) and other recruitment technology to track and manage candidate pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Deep expertise in modern recruitment methodologies, including talent mapping, market intelligence, and proactive sourcing.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
