Job Opportunity: Structural Modeler

  • Possess exceptional drafting skills and produce high-quality structural drawings and Revit models that meet established quality standards.
  • Effectively execute project plans, creating and communicating a clear plan of approach to stakeholders, estimating hours for tasks, and balancing multiple deadlines and changing priorities in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination, collaborating with external teams and identifying underdeveloped areas in design to enhance project outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities, seeking out continuing education and staying up-to-date on industry standards and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associates or combined education and experience.
  • Audodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design, preferably within mid-sized structural projects ($5M - $50M).
  • Extensive experience with Revit software, ideally with proficiency in Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills are essential for success.
  • Able to function independently, self-directed, and effectively manage time to meet project requirements.
