We are seeking a skilled BIM modeling specialist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate 3D building information models (BIMs) for various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
  • Create high-quality parametric models and libraries for MEP and other architectural engineering assets
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery
  • Perform clash detection and construction coordination
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required
  • Provide BIM support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Revit drafting/modeling
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, structural systems, and construction documentation
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models
  • Familiarity with Rhino3D
  • Experience using Revit, BIM360
  • Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper
  • Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries
