Job Title: 3D Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented 3D modeling specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality 3D models using industry-standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Interpret blueprints, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and update drawing sets and BIM files throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D modeling or drafting in a professional setting.
