Job Overview:

Spearhead operational excellence as a Senior Manager, overseeing industrial and environmental services that empower businesses in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Directly manage a team of 4-8 operations specialists covering business operations, accounting/HR, administrative support, sales/marketing support, and business technology.
  • Financial Operations:
    • Oversee bookkeeping and accounting operations including A/R management, billing cycles, payment processing, and financial reporting.
  • Strategic Operations & Systems:
    • Design and implement scalable back-office processes that enable professional services and sales teams to focus on client delivery and business development.
  • Consultant & Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with external consultants and service providers, coordinating projects in areas outside your direct expertise.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably managing remote or distributed teams.
  • Strong finance and bookkeeping background with hands-on experience in financial operations and compliance.
  • Experience managing HR functions including recruiting, payroll, and compliance and managing external consultants and vendors across multiple disciplines.
