We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Support Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing financial assistance to our clients through distributor/retailer backup retrieval, collections, and transaction processing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trade Promotion Management, preferably with 1 year of experience in the industry. A background or education in Accounting is also essential. Business level English fluency is required, and knowledge of SaaS products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather backup documentation.
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet that tracks missing deduction backup items.
  • Communicate with engineers when the web scraper does not work as expected.
  • Maintain manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining the details of their customer portals.
  • Create and send email reports to clients with status updates twice a month.
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Take responsibility for department goals by accepting new duties and finding opportunities for improvement within the Customer Success – Technology Enabled Services department.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Trade Promotion Management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
