Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist

The Senior Financial Planning and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in FP&A or financial analysis who can manage deliverables independently in a remote environment. The successful candidate will have strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas
  • Manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Build financial models, develop 'what-if' scenarios, and perform risk analyses to inform key initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM (preferred)
