Job Opportunity: Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of a healthcare specialist. This individual will be responsible for managing workplace health and safety initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations of the health clinic, and implementing Office Safety and Health programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and screenings for employees.
  • Provide first aid and emergency care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate health records and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop health and wellness initiatives.
  • Educate employees on health and safety practices and procedures.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee health inquiries and concerns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Office Safety and Health programs and OHS compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
