Job Title

A dedicated healthcare professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is sought to provide quality care to patients. Key responsibilities include assisting doctors and nurses, attending to patient needs, and delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance and service to patients; attend to patient needs and take vital signs, initial history.
  • Assist doctors and nurses; provide quality care to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to promote appropriate, high-quality outcomes and optimize member benefits.
  • Maintain medical records and monitor clinic supplies and medicines.
  • Inspect consultation rooms for supplies, ensure cleanliness, and monitor inventory.
  • Coordinate with other departments for endorsements and verifications as needed.
  • Approve diagnostic requests as appropriate based on guidelines; render overtime as required.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports and doctor's procedure fees; perform related tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of BS Nursing or related medical allied courses
  • Experience: Preferably 6 months healthcare experience if not a BS Nursing graduate
  • Other Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, initiative, organization, and service orientation
