Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate training programs in BFSI areas, including new hire, progression, and enhancement training.
2. Develop and maintain curriculum to support both classroom and alternative training methods.
3. Provide feedback and recommendations for the improvement of existing training materials and techniques.
4. Create non-classroom communication and training resources, including instructional guides and materials.
5. Analyze course materials and learner data to enhance training outcomes.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in BFSI roles.
2. At least 4 years of experience in a training role, with a focus on instructional design and delivery.
3. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Excellent leadership, time-management, and organizational skills.
6. Proven ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
7. At least 1 year of experience in adult education.
8. Ability to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.
9. Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
10. Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts.
11. Call center experience (1 year), with both inbound and outbound exposure, is preferred.
12. Previous customer service experience, particularly in BFSI, is a plus.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in line with North American business standards.
14. Proficiency in using computers and training software.
15. Willingness to travel as required.
