Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish connections with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to set up appointments.
  • Manage inbound calls in a professional manner, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into scheduled meetings.
  • Provide accurate product or service information and ensure callers receive prompt assistance.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers by coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads to guarantee seamless handovers for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in a CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone calls and emails to confirm appointments and reschedule as needed.
  • Offer regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any challenges encountered during the process.
  • Strive for continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and participating in training sessions to enhance appointment-setting techniques and overall performance.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in appointment setting is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM software and digital communication tools.
