The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years' experience in data entry, coding or intake coordination. They must demonstrate proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets or case management systems effectively.

Furthermore, candidates must have high attention to detail, strong English communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A stable wired internet connection and full availability to work US business hours in Pacific Standard Time are also required.
