Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Data Entry and Coding Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in data entry, coding, or intake coordination who possess strong communication skills and can handle confidential information with discretion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter, validate, and maintain intake information in our case management systems.
  • Coding Standards: Apply standardized coding procedures to classify and organize case data consistently.
  • Record Review: Regularly review and audit records to ensure accuracy and correct errors as needed.
  • Electronic File Management: Organize and update electronic files to ensure accessibility and compliance with firm protocols.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with intake and case management teams to clarify missing or unclear information.
  • Confidentiality: Safeguard confidential client data in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Reporting: Generate intake reports and extract data to support attorney and case manager needs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in data entry, coding, or intake coordination.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Benefits:

This is a remote position that requires full availability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with occasional Saturday coverage. As an independent contractor, you will be working on a project-by-project basis and must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
