Job Title: IT Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, patient, and able to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide real-time IT support to restaurant teams during business hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Use remote tools to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, online platforms, and reservation systems
  • Maintain and update POS menus, item settings, modifiers, reservation systems, and online platforms
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to POS errors, printer malfunctions, delivery platform connectivity, and online reservation systems
  • Communicate effectively with external vendors and platform support teams
  • Document support cases and maintain an internal knowledge base of common issues and solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic networking knowledge (router/modem setup, IP configuration, DHCP/static IPs)
  • Experience with hospitality technology platforms, including POS and online booking systems
  • Proficiency with remote support tools such as TeamViewer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical users patiently and clearly
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks independently
