">About the Role:
">- As a Financial Solutions Specialist, you will work with a team to support the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale solutions for our global customer base.
- You will also support Post Deployment services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Cooperate with team members to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Able to escalate issues and seek support from more experienced team members when necessary.
Requirements:
">- Good understanding of enterprise financial management systems.
- Good customer focus and experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills to communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Good commercial awareness and project dynamics knowledge.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within teams, alongside customers, and on individual tasks with limited supervision.
- Ability to plan workload, meet deadlines, and apply relevant standards and procedures.
- Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies.
- Will to learn about relevant subject matter and rotate through various delivery services.
Nice to Have:
">- Professional certifications in financial management or related fields.
- Experience in post deployment services.
