Job Title: Front Desk Admin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Admin to join our team at The Music Barracks by The Music Army. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Manage inquiries and messages from students, parents, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Scheduling: Handle scheduling of music classes, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with our team.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in preparing reports, payroll documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Marketing: Conduct social media marketing activities, including content creation and engagement with followers.
  • Communication: Handle all school-related inquiries through various channels, including email, Viber, and Messenger.
Requirements:
  • Education: Preferably a college graduate, but undergraduates are welcome.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Language: Comfortable in speaking Tagalog and English.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
  • Work Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 10 AM - 8 PM.
