We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be working with Connext's Client in the United States of America.

What is the job?

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for owning and overseeing the data, processes, and controls that ensure the accuracy of bonus and commission programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation, maintenance, and accuracy of quarterly compensation workbooks.
  • Manage end-to-end company-wide compensation processes, driving improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly incentives/bonuses, maintain data accuracy, and resolve complex commission issues.
  • Securely manage confidential information and maintain sales compensation documentation.
  • Collaborate with revenue ops and finance on systems, reporting, accruals, and dashboards.
  • Provide reports, analyses, process documentation, and strategic sales compensation expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in Sales Compensation, FP&A, or finance-related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, creating pivot tables, complex spreadsheets, formulas, and data visualizations accurately and efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with senior leaders and C-suite executives.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with strong cross-team collaboration skills.
