Job Description:Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) Financial Planning & Analysis team is recruiting a highly motivated Senior Finance Analyst (SFA) to be part of their GWAM Expense Advisory Team. The incumbent will contribute to financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for GWAM – Retail clients and support the continuous evolution and delivery of the expense advisory team. Learn more about the opening below Key Responsibilities:Expense Planning and Forecasting: Assist with the annual expense planning cycle and support the monthly forecasting cycle by updating templates, gathering feedback, and analyzing trends to build accurate forecasts. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare month-end analysis and commentary on variances, trends, and key metrics, and update Power BI dashboards for distribution to clients.

Collaboration and Documentation: Work with the Accounting Operations team to investigate specific spend items, finalize journal entries with supporting documentation, and ensure project expenses are properly tagged. Process Improvement and Initiative Support: Assist with analyzing workflow processes, establish new procedures, and support various expense management initiatives, such as tracking cost savings and FTE movement. Client Service and Communication: Ensure excellent customer service by promoting client centricity, communicating updates and challenges, sharing best practices, and assisting team members with projects and analyses.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, professional accounting designation (CPA) is preferred

At least 3 to 4 years of experience in a financial role

Communication Skills: Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with onshore partners, cost center leads, and stakeholders. Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Solid analytical capabilities to assimilate and summarize large amounts of information from multiple sources, presenting it in a value-added form for senior management. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and the ability to learn new applications quickly; knowledge of Anaplan, Essbase, and Lawson is an asset.

Reporting and Cultural Adaptability: Emerging ability to draft managerial reporting narratives and work effectively in diverse environments and cultures. Adaptability and Teamwork: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing, and collaborative team environment while managing multiple, constantly changing priorities and ad-hoc requests. Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
