Extensive training resourcesJOB DESCRIPTIONAs part of the US Controllers organization, the incumbent supports the US Management Reporting, Planning & Analysis team by conducting financial analyses, assisting with financial statement preparation, and learning about the US Segment and broader organization. Note: This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change at any time without notice. Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist with managerial financial analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reports and presentations.

Template Development and Maintenance: Maintain and develop effective financial templates for reporting, planning, and forecasting, and support Microsoft PowerPoint financial presentations. Data Analysis and Process Improvement: Provide and analyze financial data, identifying opportunities for process streamlining and automation, and implementing improvements. Task Management and Team Collaboration: Manage and prioritize tasks individually and with the team, and train and review work of CPA development staff or interns.

Support and Ad-hoc Analysis: Assist with ad-hoc analyses and reports, respond to business unit support requests, and resolve reporting discrepancies using reporting templates. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or another related field required3-4 years of experience in management reporting

Finance Experience and Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a finance role is preferred, with financial services industry knowledge being a plus. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting systems and tools, and Microsoft Office applications such as Essbase/Smartview, Dodeca, PowerBI, Alteryx, Anaplan, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new applications. Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for financial analysis and management reporting.

Teamwork and Initiative: A team player with a high level of initiative, strong work ethic, and the ability to gather, synthesize, and report information effectively. Time Management and Communication: Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and deliver quality results, with strong written and oral communication skills.
