eCommerce Operations Specialist

Job Description

As an eCommerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our client's online business. This includes monitoring and maintaining existing customer E-Commerce sites, adding/updating items, customers, and locations in the ERP system, and inspecting landing pages to ensure their visual appeal and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce role.
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
