Job Role

  • Analyze investments and arrange equity and debt financing.
  • Recommend dividend payouts based on historical trends and projected cash flow.

Budget Planning:
  • Develop and manage budgets, including capital budgeting.
  • Create standardized budget templates and assumptions.
  • Organize and conduct budget discussions and deliberations.
  • Present budget packages to senior management within set deadlines.
  • Report monthly variances from estimated budgets and provide explanations.
Financial Governance:
  • Monitor internal controls and collaborate with external auditors.
  • Ensure complete audit results and compliance.
  • Verify policy application fairness, consistency, and integrity.
  • Allocate resources and review allocations as necessary.
  • Monitor tax management and report on compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Financial Director.
  • Proficiency in Electronic spreadsheet and finance software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
