Job Title:

HCM Business Analyst

Description:

This role involves working with clients to analyze their business needs and provide solutions using Workday HCM.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday implementation and post-production support, as well as strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support, providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, and conducting sessions with clients to analyze business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily tasks for Workday HCM projects
  • Provide Workday expertise
  • Analyze business requirements and provide solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience in Workday implementation and post-production support
  • Active HCM Workday Certification
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities

Additional Information:
