Job Description

As a Business and Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing the current and future business environment and systems landscape. This involves gathering and documenting business and client project requirements, capturing context, current state, desired outcomes, and objectives.

You will develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents that are clear, unambiguous, and suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Presenting detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in is also a key aspect of this role.

In addition, you will review and evaluate proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

This role requires close collaboration with Product teams to design and implement solutions that align with the company's data-led strategy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
