About This Role

We are seeking a meticulous Data Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling and analyzing data while maintaining the integrity of our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize advanced analytics tools such as Zoho Analytics and SQL to provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive data models and databases.
    • Create reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and patterns.
    • Identify correlations, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
  • Data Collection and Management:
    • Assist in setting up and maintaining CRM systems to ensure seamless data flow.
    • Maintain accurate data entry and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.
    • Design and implement effective data collection processes.
    • Cleanse and validate data to guarantee its quality.
  • Programming and Data Modeling:
    • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
    • Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.
    • Collaborate in developing data models and schemas.
  • CRM Support:
    • Provide expert support for CRM-related issues and inquiries.
    • Configure and customize CRM systems to meet organizational needs.
    • Train staff on optimal CRM usage and best practices.
    • Collaborate with CRM vendors or IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
    • Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
    • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are advantageous.
    • Solid experience with Zoho.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is beneficial.
    • Experience with CRM systems and data collection processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
    • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
