Job Title: Trade Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the trade lifecycle operations across all asset classes.

This role involves managing various stages, from broker matching to settlement, claims, client reporting, and service management of a custodial network and broker relationships.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize trade operations and client satisfaction, work with technology and product teams to review and enhance system designs, process flows, and documentation, and implement strong controls and standardize operational models.

  • Optimize processes and systems supporting clients.
  • Manage onboarding and change delivery lifecycle, proactively addressing risks.
  • Implement strong controls and standardize operational models.
  • Support training and communication strategies for operational adoption.
