We are seeking a strategic Human Resources professional to drive business growth through effective talent management and employee engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Development
    • Conduct regular consultation with managers and employees to identify training needs.
    • Design, implement, and evaluate in-house and third-party training programs.
    • Promote learning initiatives that enhance professional growth and skill advancement.
    • Monitor and track employee participation and training effectiveness.
  • Performance Enhancement
    • Lead the planning and implementation of a performance appraisal system aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Guide managers and team leads on effective performance evaluation practices.
    • Analyze performance trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Ensure alignment of employee goals with company objectives.
  • Employee Experience & Morale
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
    • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess morale and workplace satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of recognition, inclusion, and collaboration.
    • Organize events and activities that promote a positive employee experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of solid experience in HR, particularly in Talent Development, Performance, and Engagement.
  • Experience in Real Estate or sales-driven industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date in HR and L&D strategies.
